He currently serves as Director and General Manager of Shanghai Manshe Enterprise Devel- opment Co., Ltd., and holds the position of legal representative at 3 enterprises, while taking up senior management roles in 4 enterprises.
Shanghai Manshe Enterprise Development Co., Ltd., which he manages, joined Ziroom in April 2021 and has since focused on the high-end residential rental business. It enhances product quality through residential product R&D, aesthetic design and functional optimization.
As of 2024, Manshe has designed and managed over 3,000 high-end rental residences in cities such as Beijing, Shanghai and Shenzhen, served a total of more than 10,000 high-end clients, and increased its occupancy rate from 84% to 95%.
The “Xiao Rong Zhai project, led and designed by Chen Kan, was included in the global curat- ed home collection of AD Architectural Digest in 2020.
The “Ping’an Building” project won the China Interior Design Award from ELLE DECORATION in 2021 and was selected into the 2022 China Interior Design Yearbook.
The Manshe 2.0 product launched by him improves the functionality and artistic value of luxury residences through material selection and spatial design. Taking the Shanghai Yanlord Riverside Garden project as an example, it demonstrates the asset management advantages of the value-added rental model.
Awards and Honors
In 2020
the project designed by him, known as “Xiao Rong Zhai” (Little RongMansion), was included in The Most Beautiful Rooms in the World-a “Global Curated Home Collection” launched by the au-thoritative home design magazine AD Architectural Digest to markits 100th anniversary.
In 2021
the “Ping’an Building” project he designed won the 2021 China InteriorDesign Award presented by the authoritative design magazine ELLEDECORATION, and was also included in the 2022 China Interior DesignYearbook.
